Thanks for dropping in to discover who we are. 

JD and The DJ’s is made up of me and my fellow DJs.   I create songs and with the help of the new and upcoming DJ's and Singers from Montréal... Together ...We make History.

I am James Dean Trépanier  and I was born in a small gaspesian town (chandler). In 1989, my love of theater was the reason for my move to the grand city of Montréal. Studies in theater, vocal performance and cinema gave me the chance to discover the inner voice that I later decided to show to the world.

My first experiences in recording were made in 1995.   I recorded a cassette tape  (Look, Listen, Learn) .. 6 remakes of pop songs of my favorite artists (Barbra, Bette,Whitney).

In 1997 I recorded a CD (Different Stages),made up of a mix of Show Tunes and Pop songs that had touched my heart.

After 11 years of self discovery and soul searching...I decided to return to the 'music Biz'. I was finally up to the task of remaking HUMANITY.  (click on Humanity..the Project) up top to know more.
